Terms of service for our medical imaging services
Appointment Policy
Appointments should be scheduled in advance. Emergency cases are handled on priority basis. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Payment Terms
- • Payment is due at the time of service
- • We accept cash, cards, and digital payments
- • Insurance claims are processed as per policy terms
- • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Medical Records
All medical records and diagnostic reports are confidential and will be shared only with authorized personnel or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the diagnostic service provided. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by medical regulations.
